Organize Iftar Together, Pertamina Rosneft Cooperates with Tuban Local Media Crew to Oversee Preparations for the Construction of the Tuban GRR Refinery
Tuban, April 29, 2022 - A special moment occurred on Wednesday (27/4/2022) where the management and workers of Pertamina Rosneft and Pertamina Tuban Grass Root Refinery (GRR) Project held an iftar together with a number of tuban local media crews. Taking place at Grand Javanilla Tuban, this event was attended by approximately 46 media crews both print, online, and television gathered in the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) Tuban and Ronggolawe Press Solidarity (RPS).
On this occasion, the President Director of Pertamina Rosneft, Reizaldi Gustino, was also present, where this moment was the first moment Reizaldi met with the Tuban media crew since being appointed as President Director since mid-March 2022.
"Let's use today's moment to strengthen the relationship between the company and the media crew and continue the good relationship that Mr. Kadek has established with all friends", open Reizaldi in his remarks at this event.
Reizaldi also conveyed Pertamina Rosneft's commitment to continue preparations for the construction of the Tuban GRR refinery. "Despite the current global situation, we from Pertamina Rosneft continue to work hard to continue preparations for the construction of the refinery. We implore media colleagues to help oversee the construction of the Tuban GRR refinery through balanced and positive reports", Reizaldi concluded.
While Pertamina Rosneft is still focusing on completing the detailed design or Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and then projected the engineering, procurement, and construction phase (EPC) is expected to start in the III quarter of 2023.
Suwandi, Chairman of PWI Tuban, expressed his appreciation to Pertamina Rosneft's management for the implementation of this activity. "This activity is a form of synergy between journalists in Tuban Regency and Pertamina Rosneft. Through this synergy, it is hoped that in the future Pertamina Rosneft will always be close to the community, stakeholders and journalists in Tuban", Suwandi explained on the sidelines of this activity.
Suwandi also believes that if the relationship between the company and stakeholders is good and close, it will certainly have an impact on obtaining support for the company's programs implemented so that oil refinery operations in Tuban can run smoothly.
Breaking the fast together with stakeholders in Tuban is a series of stakeholder relations activities carried out by Pertamina Rosneft management. In addition to breaking the fast with the media, Pertamina Rosneft management also held similar activities with officials and village community leaders around the Tuban GRR project area as well as colleagues of Tuban non-governmental organizations. In the previous week, Pertamina Rosneft management also visited the ranks of Forkompida Tuban, including the Regent of Tuban, the Chief of Police of Tuban, and Dandim 0811 Tuban.
