PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROCUREMENT OF REFINERY PACKAGES: R1 – REFINERY I & R2 – REFINERY II
PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (PRPP), welcomes your company to participate in the prequalification for EPCC for Grass Root Refinery & Petrochemicals at Tuban (GRe@T) Project.
- EPCC FOR GRASS ROOT REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS AT TUBAN (GRe@T) PROJECT R1 - REFINERY I NO. BS-001/PRPP-310/2026-S0
- EPCC FOR GRASS ROOT REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS AT TUBAN (GRe@T) PROJECT R2 - REFINERY II NO. BS-002/PRPP-310/2026-S0
Entities eligible to participate in prequalification shall constitute a Single Company (Foreign/National) or a Consortium/JV/JO consist of a Leader and Member(s) with at least one (1) National Company. The eligible participants shall meet all requirements and submit the following valid documents:

| 2. | Copy of valid Certificate of Construction Service Company (SBUJK) or a valid Certificate of Foreign Construction Service Company (SBUJKA) – Oil & Gas Facilities (TI504/ST006/42915) and/or its Classification and Subclassification, in accordance with “B” qualification issued by and registered in authorized institution in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, or Statement Letter with commitment to provide the valid SBUJK / SBUJKA certificate in the Bid Proposal. |
| 3. | Copy of a valid Oil and Gas Supporting Business Capability Letter (SKUP) must be issued by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Migas) for National Company. |

Participants are strongly encouraged to prepare and submit the required documents at the earliest possible. The document shall be submitted to the designated email address, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per email. Should the total document size exceed this limit, Participants may either submit multiple sequential emails or provide a download link to a password-protected cloud storage location, along with the corresponding access password.
Please note that no submissions will be accepted after the specified deadline, unless for clarification of response and/or a formal extension has been officially granted by the Bid Committee.

- You will subsequently receive email notification prpp.epc.tender@pertamina.com or noreply@aconex.com to receive PQ Documents.
- Submit your PQ Package Documents to PRPP Bid Committee through prpp.epc.tender@pertamina.com, within the period of 6 May – 26 May 2026 14:00 (GMT+7).
- Please be informed that a PQ Briefing will be held on 13 May 2026. Further details regarding the briefing (venue, time, and format) will be communicated separately.
Any announcement or notification from the PRPP Bid Committee will be sent by email notification from prpp.epc.tender@pertamina.com. Please ensure that you can receive emails from this email address.
