PREQUALIFICATION FOR REFINERY PACKAGES (RE-BID): R1 – REFINERY I & R2 – REFINERY II
PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (PRPP), welcomes your company to participate in the prequalification for EPCC For Grass Root Refinery & Petrochemicals at Tuban (GRe@T) Project.

- EPCC FOR GRASS ROOT REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS AT TUBAN (GRe@T) PROJECT R2 - REFINERY II (RE-BID) NO. BS-002/PRPP-310/2023-S0
Entities eligible to participate in prequalification shall constitute a single company (Domestic/National) or a Consortium/JV/JO consisting of more than one (1) Foreign or National Company with at least 1 (one) Domestic Company. The eligible participants shall meet all requirements and submit the following valid documents:

| 9. | To access Extended Project Information, NDA with PRPP must be signed by the Authorized Officer of the Company and submitted to PRPP |
The PRE-QUALIFIED Participants will be required to provide valid copies of NDA with Licensors prior to collecting the ITB Licensors Document.

You will receive email notification from no-reply@information.ansarada.com. Please log-in to Ansarada platform, download the Prequalification Documents under the "Document Index" menu, located in the upper-left side of the Ansarada platform window.
Complete and sign the Prequalification Documents, and submit the scanned copy of the originals to PRPP Bid Committee through Ansarada “Submission” window, located in the lower-left side of Ansarada platform window within the period of 21 Jan 2026 – 4 Mar 2026 14:00 (GMT+7). Participants are strongly encouraged to prepare and submit its documents at the earliest possible. The system will be closed after this date and time unless extension of time has been granted by Bid Committee.
Prequalification Package Documents in the form of 1 (one) set of hardcopy and 1 (one) set of softcopy in USB drive can be received by Bid Committee within 10 working days after the due date mentioned above and shall be submitted to:
