We optimize the procurement process of goods and services to enhance value for the Company while prioritizing the utilization of national manpower, domestic goods, services, technology, engineering capabilities, and design and construction capacity, with full consideration of quality, quantity, price, availability, delivery, as well as Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection (HSE) aspects.
We give serious attention to corporate capability and competitiveness by adhering to the fundamental principles of procurement, namely fairness, accountability, HSE-oriented practices, effectiveness, integrity, prudence, self-reliance, competitiveness, and transparency.
