Reizaldi obtained a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung) in 1998.
Career History:
Reizaldi started his career at PT Pertamina (Persero) in 1998 by joining BPST (Bimbingan Profesi Sarjana Teknik) Pengolahan – Engineering Undergraduate Development Program for Refinery. Prior to serving as President Director in March 2022, he held several managerial level position in Pertamina Group including as Site Manager Engineering in Refinery Unit (RU) IV Cilacap in 2015. In 2017, he was appointed as Manager Engineering in RU IV Cilacap. He was promoted as Sr. Manager Engineering in Pertamina Headquarter Jakarta in 2018. After all he joined PRPP as Deputy Director Chief of Project Development in 2020 and played the main role in PRPP’s General Design for non-licensor development for Grass Root Refinery Tuban.

He also held auditor positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Moscow, Russia (2006 – 2009).

Crude Distiller in Production RU-III, then became Polypropylene Sextion Head in Production function RU-III, became Chief Engineering Process Development, and before joining as development director at PRPP, he served as General Manager of TPPI's Olefin Complex Project.

Isnanto has been with Pertamina for nearly 20 years, holding various positions across the Pertamina Group. Since 2020, he has taken on managerial roles, beginning as Manager of Market Analysis & Overseas Development at PT Pertamina (Persero). He subsequently held other key management positions, including Vice President of Terminal Operation at PT Pertamina (Persero) and Vice President of Joint Terminal Services at PT Pertamina Patra.
In March 2022, Isnanto was entrusted with the role of Director of Human Resources & Business Support at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional. Since February 2024, he has continued to serve at the executive level as the company's Director of Planning and Business Development.

Professional Experience
Irwan joined PT Pertamina (Persero) through the Legal Bachelor Professional Development Program in 1991. He has held several management positions within the Legal function of the Pertamina Group, including Expert Staff to the Upstream Director and VP of Project Legal at PT Pertamina (Persero).
In 2020, Irwan was appointed as the Chief Legal Counsel of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, overseeing the legal processes for the establishment of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional as a sub-holding company of PT Pertamina (Persero) in the refining and petrochemical sector.
From 2010 to 2012, Irwan also served as a commissioner for one of PT Pertamina (Persero)’s affiliates in the investment portfolio management services sector, PT Pertamina Dana Ventura.
