Regarding the recent developments in the community, particularly in Tuban Regency and its surrounding area, related to the company's operational activities, we urge the public to remain vigilant and cautious against the spread of false information by irresponsible parties, especially regarding investment invitations for the Grass Root Refinery (GRR) Tuban Project.

Specifically, we would like to inform you of the following information:

1.PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, PT PRPP, and other subsidiaries of PT Pertamina (Persero) have no cooperation with any party regarding the implementation of any part or the entire scope of the Pertamina Tuban NGRR Project.

2.The implementation of the Pertamina Tuban NGRR Project is still in the approval process, and currently, there are no activities related to the execution of the project.

3.Any information, correspondence, and documents circulating in the community that misuse the names and signatures of officials from PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, PT PRPP, or other subsidiaries of PT Pertamina (Persero) are fraudulent documents.

4.Any official information regarding this project will be communicated through the company's official media and communication channels (website and social media).
