Registration for Prequalification Announcement (Re-Bid): EPCC for Grass Root Refinery & Petrochemicals at Tuban (GRe@T) Project P1 – Petrochemical

PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (PRPP) welcomes your company to register for this project.

Please be advised that the registration eligibility is subject to participants as a single company (Domestic/National/Foreign) meeting the requirements and submitting the documents below:

1. Certificate of Construction Service Company – Oil & Gas Facilities (TI504/ST006/42915 and/or Classification and Sub classification in accordance with related scope of work) with “B” qualification for integrated services issued by and registered in authorized institution in accordance with the Indonesia’s construction services law, or Statement Letter confirming an intent to obtain the valid certificate that is required to be submitted during Registration; however, the copy of valid SBUJK/SBUJKA certificate must be submitted at PQ submission, at the latest: 

1. 1. Copy of valid Certificate of Construction Service Company (SBUJK) for Domestic/National Company; or
   2. Copy of valid Certificate of Foreign Construction Service Company (SBUJKA) for Foreign Company

2. Copy of valid Oil and Gas Supporting Business Capability Letter (SKUP) for Domestic/National Company only

    3. Technical References:

1. 1. Form 1A – List of References, shall be submitted in pdf and word format. The pdf format shall be signed by the Authorized Officer (as per provided form document)
   2. Form 1B – Summary of References (applicable for Foreign Company), shall be submitted in pdf and xlsx format, the pdf format shall be signed by the Authorized Officer (as per provided form document)
   3. Form 1C – Digital Project Delivery, shall be submitted in pdf and word format and signed by the Authorized Officer (as per provided form document)

4. Financial References:

Form 2 – Participant’s Financial Summary, shall be submitted in pdf and xlsx format, the pdf format shall be signed by the Authorized Officer (as per provided form document)

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by both PRPP and Participant (as per provided form document)

6. Statement Letter (as per provided form document) signed by Authorized Officer of the Participant, stating:

• We are not under the supervision of a court or legal institution, not bankrupt, our business activities have not been suspended, and/or our directors authorized to sign contract, or their proxies are not serving a sentence (penalty) for anyoffense; 
• We are not in dispute either inside or outside the court / Alternative Dispute Resolution with PRPP and/or Pertamina group or Rosneft group; 
• Our directors authorized to sign contract, or their proxies have not been convicted by a judgment of the actions related to company performance or individual professional on procurement of goods/services; 
• We are not being sanctioned under the applicable provisions within PRPP and/or Pertamina group or Rosneft group.

The submissions of registration documents will be made through  Ansarada submission window located on the lower left side of Ansarada platform screen, open from 23 January – 9 February 2024 14:00 (GMT+7).

Failure to submit all the required registration documents within these dates and or does not pass the registration document evaluation, participants would not be invited to the Prequalification (“PQ”) process.

Participants that pass the Registration shall submit the original signed hardcopy registration documents above at the PQ proposal submission.

Any announcement from PRPP Bid Committee will be made through this platform and you will receive an email notification from no-reply@information.ansarada.com, so please ensure that you can receive email from this email address.
