The Company realizes that one of the most important aspects of a company is adequate human resources. Adequate human resources is achieved with various resources and efforts such as carrying out a selective recruitment process to reach new qualified human resources, conducting training to improve the quality of the existing human resources, and ensuring the safety and welfare of its employees.
In terms of occupational safety, the Company that is engaged in high-risk businesses provides each employee with measures to prevent occupational accidents. The efforts made include:
a) Providing Basic Safety training to all worker candidates at the BLK before being recruited into labor by the Contractor.
b) Providing Basic Safety training to 11 (eleven) candidates for safety man assigned as safety man at the project site.
c) Running the FTW (Fit to Work) program before entering the location or work area to ensure workers are in good health before starting work.
d) Running TBM (Tool Box Meeting) every morning before starting work.
The Company also always equips occupational safety facilities in the Company by providing safety equipment and facilities such as:
a) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
b) First Aid Tool Kit;
c) Life Vest;
d) Ambulance in collaboration with NU Hospital (RSNU) Tuban.
