PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (PT PRPP) was established to manage New Grass Refinery Root (NGRR) project in Tuban, East Java, which is a joint project between PT Pertamina (Persero) and Rosneft Oil Company. The shareholders of the Company are PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional as representative of the interests of PT Pertamina (Persero) and Rosneft Singapore Pte. Ltd as a representative of the interests of Rosneft Oil Company

KEY PROJECT OBJECTIVES

As stated in the Articles of Association, the Company’s purposes and objectives are as follows:
1. Petroleum purification and refinery business that produce fuels such as Avigas, Avtur, Gasoline, kerosene, gas oil, diesel oil, fuel oil or gasoline, solvents, including LPG produced from oil refineries, other purified products
2. Organic basic chemical industry business that produces chemicals (using raw materials from oil and gas) such as ethylene, propylene, benzene, toluene, and petrochemical products.

KEY PROJECT MILESTONES

To achieve the purposes and objectives, the Company can carry out business activities as follows:
a) Develop, operate, and manage oil refineries;
b) Develop and utilize infrastructure for efficient operation of businesses;
c) Purchase or obtain raw materials for oil refinery;
d) Producie fuel, petroleum, and petrochemical products from the oil refinery;
e) Distribute, market, and sell products produced by the oil refinery; and
f) Carry out all necessary or incidental activities to carry out each of the activities described in the Articles of Association.
